Daniel’s eyes moved to the second document in the envelope—a fleet proposal worth far more than three SUVs.
Then the showroom doors opened, and Grant rushed inside, pale and out of breath.
He stared at Mary, the contracts, and three sets of BMW keys lying on the desk.
Mary finally looked up.
“You said you were saving me time,” she told him.
Daniel opened the fleet document and quietly read the number of vehicles on the first line.
